Everything was very good, pleasant staff, perfect location next to tube, Queensway tube station and Bayswater. Really good building and rooms with comfortable decoration. It was nice to have natural lighting.

Room was relaxing, breakfast was massive, bed was comfortable. Staff were more than helpful and kept it all reasonably clean. Loved coffee, hairdryer and closet space in the room. Relaxing view from our window. The hotel had a charming location, close to a subway station: )
